As a first time user of this sight or any other sight for that matter, I made some mistakes on my order and when I called to correct my mistakes, it was taken care of for me. My family who were at the funeral said the flowers were very nice and well done, Thank your good work.
This time delivery failed! Supposed to be delivered to my wife's place of employment on Thursday. Did not get delivered. No delivery on Friday either. Asked for early delivery to home address on Saturday. Didn't get there until 4 pm Saturday. Since they were delivered to our home, no one but she and I were able to enjoy them. The arrangement was supposed to be upgraded because of delivery failure. There was no upgrade! I was sent a $15 gift certificate which was appreciated BUT doesn't come close to compensation for NO upgrade that I was promised nor the disappointment for her birthday flowers coming 2 days late. Up until now your products and services have been excellent but this time was a total failure.
I am going to guess the flowers were nice and was up graded as I was told they would be due to not being able to deliver them on the date requested. I sent them to a friend who lives far away and I didn't want to ask for a picture of the flowers

There were too many steps.
But the main problem was there surprise fee of 14.99 added to my order for "service and handling" or some scam like that. There was no notice that the fee would be added, it was tacked on at the end. If I hadn't gone through the trouble of entering all my information I would have canceled. If you did mention it up front it was well hidden and not readily apparent. I was hoping to find a florist in the area to send flowers to my girlfriend on a regular basis. I won't be using you again. I have ordered flowers often and never had a fee tacked on. She just started working in this office so this would have been the first of many more
This is the second time I've used your company and (the first time the florist sent something less impressive than ordered, and than this time; an ill arranged - very sloppy handful of flowers was stuffed in a vase and left off on a front porch). Your customer service is awesome! But the delivered product (I've experienced, so far), has been sub standard. Last time you resent the order, and, although I believe you folks intend to do what is right, the sentiment is discounted by the second delivery. I felt you should know - what ever florist you used for the delivery yesterday, they were delivering to a higher class neighborhood and did not well represent themselves or your service. I have images if you prefer, but you may wish to reconsider your choice in florist for this area.

My husband for the Expedite service to be delivered by noon the next day at my job. It was not delivered until 5PM way after I had left. My husband asked how I liked my flowers and candy. Needless to say he was crushed! That was the first time he had ever sent me anything and now thanks to this BOGUS company it will probably be the last. Thank you so much for disappointing a good man trying to do something sweet for his wife.:-( I would give this company -- 10 stars. Wish therected was such a button to push.
The flowers arrived but a few of the main flowers were broken and laying in the box. The smaller flowers have brown on them and appear to be old. The Vermont receiver was very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
