Great experience. First time using the service. Flowers were delivered way earlier than I expected and they look beautiful.
I ordered flowers that were considered one of your top sellers (purples/ reds etc) and the flowers that were delivered were in a rust / brown range of coloring and not even the same flowers.

The flowers that we received were beautiful. We ordered them for our daughter that had just had a baby. We ordered the flowers, had lunch and went to the hospital. While we there, the flowers were delivered. Our daughter was thrill with her delivery. My only problem as the delivery cost. We ended paying double for the arrangement with delivery cost. A $25.00 arrangement cost us $50.00. Hadn't planned on paying that much.

I don't know what the flower arrangement looked like since it was sent to my Granddaughter in Fl. But she did get them pretty fast and I was emailed of there delivery soon after she received them.
Flowers's delivered looked nothing like they were supposed to and could have just been picked from a random field. Your side and customer service was great and helpful but the florist used was a huge letdown especially considering the flowers were for my wife's birthday and consisted of flowers from her wedding bouquet, therefore I must rate satisfaction rather low even though I understand your company was not directly responsible.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
