Absolutely hated my experience and will never purchase again! You should not be having styles of bouquets for customers to "purchase" if you can't deliver the bouquet that is being purchased. I ordered the Rustic Elegance: orange spray roses, magenta carnations, solidago and a clear vase is what your site says. This is what was received: a bouquet of pale pink roses, magenta carnations, with what appears to be purple daisies, something that looks like vines of green grapes, and other items in a purple vase. Such a disappointment and have no desire to ever purchase from you again.

I did not see the flowers that were sent to my daughter in another state therefore only a three star because I know they arrived and I know they were on time but I didn't see what they look like hopefully she'll send me a picture
Quick and easy - I wish the handling fee was cheaper, and/or could be eliminated based on order amount/type. The item was not delivered until very late in the day although I placed the order very early in the morning. For the price paid would have been appreciated an earlier delivery.

Received phone call by the person who received the flowers she was happy and said the flowers were bright and colorful and in a silver vase as I requested with the 2 balloons attached. She said the florist called first to verify if someone would be home to take them. By her excitement it sounded very good.

I sent them to a friend a head of time as a thank you for the 3 day visit. I was horified to find dying leaves and lilies with curled and browned edges. I was extremely embarrassed and very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
