I was unhappy until your customer service rep at your 1-855 number fixed my issue. She was awesome. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name to give her credit. She was the difference between a 1-star rating and a 3-star rating.

As far as the price paid, I think it's easy to get people to your website with low prices, but the service charge was outrageous. I will definitely shop around and compare local pricing next time to try to avoid this service charge which bumped up my order to a high price for a handful of flowers, a balloon (which was poorly placed and presented), and delivery.

Regarding the product, one of the yellow lilies was brown on the sides of the petals. The roses weren't hot pink as portrayed in the photo online. Instead, they were white with hot pink edges. The roses were pretty, but the arrangement no longer had the same sharp contrast as portrayed in the photo online. The vase was also not as portrayed by the photo online. Instead of it being a squat, non-textured, plain hot pink ceramic vase that wasn't transparent, it was a tall, fluted, textured, see-through vase. The vase choice was the most disappointing of all because the vase as portrayed online, along with the solid-colored hot pink roses, was why I chose that particular arrangement.

Since I paid so much money, I really did expect to get the product portrayed online. If that couldn't be accommodated by a local florist, it would have been nice to have gotten a phone call to discuss options instead of receiving a product with a "this is close enough" decision made by the local florist.

Terrible. Disappointed with this while service! 1. I ordered flowers for my grandmothers birthday... and they didn't arrive until 6 pm... all though they had been on the truck since 6 am. I had to end up telling my grandmother not to leave to celebrate her birthday until her " flowers" arrived. LATE! 2. The flowers weren't even made up they ship you two separate boxes and you have to trim and put the flowers in the vase yourself... nothing like getting flowers delivered and having to still trim and put them together. 3. The website is false advertisement, tells you one price as your scrolling only to add an extra $10 for the vase that it had just advertised for a different price. 4. You pay two separate fees... one for shipping and another for handeling. 5. If you want your flowers delivered before noon it's an extra $8... on top of the vase, shipping and handeling... last I checked shipping and handeling it's ONE FEE. 6. The flower arrangements look nothing like the picture... probably because you have to put the arrangement together yourself! My overall experience is not at all what I would of expected... never in my life have I used such a terrible service!
