I did not like the fact that the total amount charged after completing the order was more than the amount advertised. Fortunately I noticed in time and did not complete. I later received an email revising the price and decided to complete the purchase. The order was left at the gate of the apartment complex and the recipient only received it two days later because a neighbor noticed them at the gate. As these are perishable this was unfortunate. She did love the flowers when she finally received them.

Service charge is WAY too high for a delivery that is 2 days out. Same day delivery I can understand, but you advertise for $19.00 flower order that end up being over $34. And I don't even get to see what the flowers will look like. I'm not happy about that. Please follow up. Thank you
