It was delivered a day late but your staff was very professional and apologetic. They upgraded the bouquet due to the error. And they included a note of apology to the recipient. That was a very nice touch. Even though it was late because they had such superb customer service I will definitely use them again! Very soon!

This is only for order placement. It is for our daughter's wedding on Nov 17 so we are anxious to hear how beautiful they were. Sadly she is carrying hemlock and olianders which I wasn't able to find on your site or cream colors. I will be delighted to let you know what she thinks of this bouquet.

When my sister received the flowers she said she cried. She was very happy. It has been an emotional time for our family so the roses came right on time! I will definitely use your company again!
I did not get to input my discounts online and as such could not compare prices. I wish I had known S&H would be so expensive before going through the entire ordering process. Lastly, the flowers were not delivered on the day I ordered them because the delivery lady got lost and gave up. Since that day was an anniversary, it was imperative the flowers be delivered then or not at all. Confusing website with hidden fees; severely disappointing service at an exorbitant price. Customer service is really helpful though.
Everything was easy to order and do on line. I don't like that you charged $60.00 when it was supposed to be $35.00 plus tax of course! I don't like the the other charges being added on and not mentioned ahead of time!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
