Easy and quick

Easy and quick. My sister took a photo of the flowers she received and she said they were nice sized and looked beautiful for the price I paid for them. Sometimes you don't always know what the florist are sending to the recipient so I always have the recipient take a snap shot and give me the dimensions. I would recommend fromyouflowers.com to anyone that asks me who do I use.

It was NOT same day guarantee! There were a whole day late after 5 pm and they looked like my seven year old put the bouquet together! All greenery and droopy roses!

My flowers were delivered a day late. Very disappointed because I needed them. The excuse I got was traffic. I drive for Fedex. Traffic is never an excuse. The flowers were incredible,the customer agents were polite and apologetic. Deliver commitment time needs work. I will not use you again only because I needed them when I was told I would get them.

A) price went up while ordering, very strange and dissatisfactory; better mention it on homepage.
B) Tracking info was incorrect=greater than I had to contact all parties by Facebook, mail and phone, to verify if the funeral flowers had been delivered. Not a happy experience after an already very sad

This was for a very special Grandaughter snd I paid extra to get them before noon the next day. A day that showed on your calendar that you would deliver. The flowers were not there by 1:30 and I called to check and was told de
Liver date was changed without notification to me at all. They promised again morning of next day. They did not come until 3 in afternoon. I was extrely disappointed they did not come on the day that would have been a complete surprise for a special little girl. You can never change that. The flowers were beautiful just didnt get there as promised. I would have made other arrangements if I would have been informed that.

Flowers are great. Ordering is great. But the delivery time was horrible. Flowers were left at my door 4hours early. Even after I called and requested them to not be sent before the time I provided.
