Very easy to order flowers..
I was a bit surprised by the $15 for service and handling.
I upgraded to the more expensive flowers of this series and they looked nothing like the image online. The image looked all lavender and green I got purple and white. I can't imagine if I would have stayed with the one online before the upgrade. Major rip off!

YES NOT HAPPY BECAUSE THEY WERE A SURPRISE AND NOT SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED IF THE PERSON WAS NOT THERE AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED. SO THE SURPRISE WAS RUINED AND SHE DID NOT GET THE GIFT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. TOM
