I ordered two flower bouquets for a friend across the country, but one didn't arrive with the other. I called From You Flowers to check on its status, and they told me that the local florist couldn't process the type of bouquet. The representative was extremely helpful: She found another florist who could fulfill the order, refunded part of my order, and even upgraded the size of the bouquet as compensation for the inconvenience. I was told that if any problems arose with the flowers being delivered the next day that I should call again and they would take care of it for me. The bouquet arrived later that evening, earlier than I thought it would for being ordered again! I will definitely use From You Flowers again because of their excellent customer service!

I liked the unique floral arrangement. My sister sent me a photo, and it was just like the photo online. The delivery was in good time, but the delivery fee really drove the price over the top. However, I love my sister, and the flowers appear to be in great condition.

So many beautiful flower arrangements to choose from! The recipient was thrilled when she received them. After I placed the order (online) I had to change the delivery address. I called customer service and they could not have been any nicer. The flowers were delivered within the expected window. Although the arrangement did not look exactly like what I had ordered, they were still beautiful! Flowers. I will absolutely order again!
