Extremely dissappointed, the flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture on the website. I am completely embrassed to have sent this for my mothers 65 birthday. I will gladly send a picture comparing the flowers delivered to the flowers pictured.
Shopping experience is good but there is a charge about handling of gift that is not explained at first place.

The flowers were delivered on time and greatly appreciated! They were a surprise and appeared as shown.
It was in a cheap ugly stock florist vase that was too tall and was not like the one pictured. Had fern leaf greenery that was halfway in the water that was not even supposed to be in there. It was supposed to have be an artisan arrangement, but looked like a premade bouquet stuck in the cheapest possible vase. I have picture if you're really interested.

I had trouble using Paypal and had to start shopping all over on the site. Paypal shows up twice. The first time I skipped it because the purchase site hadn't yet asked for an address, so I tried using Paypal after giving the address information and that's when I lost the order. The second time I used a credit card instead and I had no problem with that.
I am very pleased with the quality of your flowers! Customer service is also outstanding! I had a problem with my last order and it was talen care immediately and to my satisfaction!

Shopping was very user friendly. Now to wait and see how nice the flowers are on delivery and on time will determine if I use this company again. My sister in law just received her flowers and they were smaller than expected and they were not in the vase with birthday candles on it which is why I chose the arrangement in the first place!

For my last order, I paid for delivery within 4 hours. I didn't get it! This refers to the order I placed on Nov. 29,2016. It was my sisters 71st birthday and they didn't arrive until about 6:50 pm. They should have arrived no later than 1:00 PM.

NOW... my love received her gift, I will say...I 2as not extremely happy when my fiance received her flowers, because the photo online was exquisite but what she received was just "really nice".
BUT, my Love was so happy and excited that I take the good with the bad.
I do understand that product is made to look its best in photos and there will be some difference. But I thought it was a big difference maybe they can work on it a little more. But I've ordered flowers from several other online companies in the past, and you guys made the delivery on time the only one to do so for me. This is important to me because I like to order as soon as I think about it when I make a decision I don't usually pre-plan it. And the fact that you got it there before she left work where she was the center of attention with her flowers and she actually enjoyed it I am so very very grateful.
I must also say the photos online or Exquisite almost to perfection. So what showed up at her work that in my opinion is very nice Kama she and her co-workers thought they were extremely beautiful and it is her opinion that matters to me to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It turned out my fiance was having a bad day at work you me helped brighten her day. Co-worker said she had a grin from ear-to-ear that did not stop even though the flowers got there towards the end of the day she had over an hour to enjoy them at work.
My neighbor was very happy with her flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
