I chose to personalize the vase with pictures. When it arrived to my sick mother in law, it turned out to be a do it yourself personalization. The pictures aren't on the vase like the pictures depict. She's not sure if they're stickers or what. Not very happy. If I do order again, it will be nothing but flowers

Arrived by UPS in the box. I thought hand deliver from the flower shop. The vase (picture quality is so bad) so ugly and tulips are mini size. I could have ordered it from the proflower and paid 1/2... if I had known "in the box" by UPS
Placed my order in the am. The flower shop didn't have the exact type of flower needed for arrangement I chose. I received a call asking if it was ok to substitute. The delivery was made the same day and only a few hours after order was placed. The bouquet was even better than the one I chose! The recipient was totally tickled with their bouquet. The gift basket arrived a day late-after I had paid for same day delivery. My delivery fee is supposed to be refunded but I would have preferred that you keep your promise to deliver on time.
