Great flowers expensive cost
First time customer. I ordered a funeral spray to adorn my recently departed father's memorial bench. The quality and quantity of blooms was amazing, the arrangement was perfect, and my family was very touched. I paid roughly half what other sites were asking which is very much appreciated by my limited budget this holiday season. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
I wish the delivery was earlier but other than that, recipient was happy with gift...that's what counts the most.
The last flower shipment to Regina was much better!

The flowers when I received them were almost dead...leaves were mostly on the bottom of the box and the roses were wilted and brown...in terrible condition! Not at all like flowers I have bought in the past...very disappointed to say the least.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
