The pictures show fully bloomed lillies, but these are all closed up whem the flowers arrived. The site did mention they would be, but it makes a different impression when received, compared with the actual delivery. I'm sure they will bloom nicely soon, and likely will last longer. She loved receiving them, so no complaints there. But they were left unattended at the appartment by the delivery person. Seems they could have called to confirmed a good time to make the dropoff, instead of just dropping them off and informing about it. There should be a an evening delivery option or time requests, people wpuld pay extra tp ensure the time frame of deliveries.
