Ease of shopping was great. Flowers arrived on date promised, they were lovely and my Sister was very pleased!
As far as convenience and service all were great. My daughter sent me a photo of the flowers, they were pretty but it was a very small arrangement for the price and considering you did not have to go too far to deliver them. I would have given all 5 stars had the arrangement been a bit fuller. Thanks

You should really notate how pricey your delivery fee is before someone commits to a product and finds out at checkout.
The flowers were for my elderly mother on her birthday. On the day they were to arrive, mother found the flowers, frozen to death on her back porch. I visited her the next day and was disgusted to see the ruined bouquet. Of course, mother told me that "it's the thought that counts". She was home all day of the delivery, and though she admits she might have missed the doorbell while napping or doing laundry in the basement, she would not have missed a phone call. Mother found the flowers when she let her cat outside, who knows how many hours after the flowers were unceremoniously left at her back door. I will gladly publish your reply (or lack of reply) on social media.
