I placed an order for the Peppermint Bouquet that I saw on their website. I asked for it to be delivered on Mon. The 19th. Instead it was delivered Fri the 16th before the new business was even open and it was a different arrangement than the one I had chosen online. I called and they apologized and said they would redeliver the correct arrangement on Monday. They did deliver another bouquet, but it still didn't look like the Peppermint Bouquet. I appreciate that they tried to make the correction. Both bouquets were lovely, though not what I was expecting.
So far so good. It was a wonderful gift & we thank you for getting it there when you said you would.

Have been very pleased. Wouldn't use any other "flower" ordering company. But this time while it was scheduled to be delivered on the 16th and your confirmation email stated that it was delivered on the 16th - it was not delivered until the 17th and the weather of destination was just fine.
Fortunately my elderly parents loved the arrival of the arrangement for they were having a very bad day and this did brighten their day. I was pushed to the top of the "best child" list LOL :) Despite the delay in delivery I will still order from you. Just have your delivery florist inform you the true date.

I don't understand why the handling and services are not included in the original price
This was a gift and sort of resembles the product that I ordered but doesn't look as professional as I would have hoped. The recipient said that is is still very pretty just not exactly what I ordered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
