I had to call several times to find out. The flowers delivered a day late and looked like they where 4 days old and all shuffled. Very disappointed compared to the first time wasn't even close if I didn't already have the good experience I wouldn't use the service again. However I good luck the first time and already had scheduled, so we shall see.

Should be able to edit the actual order. I had to start over. My order was delayed a day, so my Step-Daughter got her birthday flowers the day after her birthday. Very disappointed.

While above was my initial response, I am now changing to very dissatisfied. The picture my daughter sent to me of the flowers she received, where not even close to what was shown. It looked like half the flowers and the bow a crumpled mess. The were delivered after 5 to a business. For $54 I am not impressed. I did file a complaint this morning and was advised I would receive $10 coupon to order from you again. However, this will not happen so I think you should refund me the $10 minimum.
Before - Ordering is easy. I hope my friend gets beautiful flowers right away.
After - I emailed From You Flowers to thank them for the beautiful flowers and the excellent service. These were my gift to a friend who will be working away from family and friends at Christmas, and I really wanted them to be special. They are! :)

This was a sympathy arrangement sent at the florist discretion and it was lovely.
I didn't like that I could not find out the service/handling fee until I entered my credit card information. My mother in law called me to thank me for the flower arrangement. I asked her if it was in the shape of a tree and she didn't think so, so the next day my husband went to her house and took a picture and it didn't look anything like the photo on the website. Not a nice tree shape and not as full. More greens and less flowers than the picture on the website.
I found the prices to be very reasonable. I'll be buying from the site again.

My mother said the tree was tiny. A total of 70 dollars should not be "tiny".

Both of my orders were gifts. Each recipient sent me a photo of their bouquets and I was pleased with the quality and delivery.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
