I waited last minute and u accept PayPal so I went along. The centerpiece arrangement arrived at my sister's she was very glad for it and sent a photo. Though she didn't complain I noticed a couple broken flowers. As far as I am concerned that shdnt be so now the handling fee seem wrong. I have yet to see the other 3 I ordered but I will let u know when I do. Disappointed for now.

Sent an arrangement to friends for Christmas. Decent selection to choose from, prompt delivery. Our friends sent us a picture, seemed very nice.
SO FAR SO GOOD-WILL SEE HOW FLOWERS LOOK WHEN DELIVERED-they were sent to my mother in law and she used to own a florist. She asked if they were an FTD special. I took that as an insult and I think you should too!

So... the flowers were delivered on time, and according to the recipient were nice. However, as the purchaser of what I thought were going to be spectacular flowers, not merely nice, for a lot of money, I was less than satisfied. If I had wanted to send the two stems of orchids that were received, I could have spent a lot less money ($75 compared to the $120 I paid) and been satisfied. I believed for the extra money I would receive more stems, 3 or 4, of spectacular orchids. So, the value was not up to what was expected or paid for.
One thing that would make ordering on your site better is to be able to edit the item before review let's say you changed your mind about the size of the actual item you have no way to edit it before you place the order unless you go back all the way out. It is a pain.
The arrangement looks like it is dying already and it was just delivered this afternoon. I am very very disappointed. The stem on one of the roses is completely broken off and not part of the arrangement. It is just sitting on the arrangement. I feel like this arrangement should be replaced free of charge. Flowers are expensive and when they arrive half dead it is very discouraging.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
