Paid extra for same day delivery, didn't get order til the next day. Flower order came with a balloon. Did not receive the balloon with it.

Service/handling fee $15 was not acceptable at the last screen before purchase and seems excessive. Hence the rating 3 star. I guess that is to offset most of the 20% discount.
Then I upgraded to the 'premium' roses to be sure she got the best ones but I was disappointed what you call 'premium'. Glad I didn't get the cheaper ones or she may have been hurt.
This was an easy site to navigate and the arrangement that was ordered was delivered on time and beautiful. The prices are very good!
So far so good, lets see if this is done 100% to my satisfaction. This is a poorly worded follow up as you ask if I got my order...I did not. I ordered this for someone else, as is almost always the case. You need to reword this to ask if the order was received by the intended recipient.

What was delivered was different than the picture of what I ordered. Product was similar and nice; however, I would've chosen differently had I seen the final product prior to ordering.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
