The flowers were sent to my wife Lee Anne's mother Jeanne who is 85 yrs old and lives in an assisted care facility in Tucson Az. She has dementia and we did not find out immediately that there had been an issue with her order. She received the order on Dec 02 2016. By the time we found out about the order there had been about 3 weeks from the ship date. We found out that the poinsettia began to droop two days after she received it and had to be thrown away within 5 days of receiving it. I called regarding the issue and the company told me that they could only give me a 20.00 credit. I made them aware of my issue and I was not satisfied with the offer that they made.
I was able to easily order what I wanted, no problem with the website. However, the flowers went to another state so I really can't say how they looked as I have never seen them!
The Christmas bouquet was beautiful. A great success as a present.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
