It was a xmas gift I was not there when the family received it but I did receive a phone call and they were so happy and stated the flowers were gorgeous This is the second time I send flowers the first time was a funeral that the family member took the flowers home and they also were very happy with the arrangment
The experience was horrible! The flowers were pitiful and the local company was extremely rude! Would absolutely NEVER use again! Ordering was online was easy but the execution was terrible! So sorry I wasted my time and money!

Was satisfied with the experience; however, my only concern is the delivery person. My wife almost missed him because he only knocked 1 time and was headed half way downstairs before my wife opened the door to catch him. Being that these deliveries are so important to arrive on time, the delivery guys should be a little more persistent & have patience.

The only problem I had was that as I was checking the info before pushing submit on my second order my order was wiped out and when I went to put it back in it was $10.00 more.

I got this fruit&snack basket for my boyfriend who's recovering from a bad flu. He's kind of picky, but he was very happy with the basket.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
