I was not pleased with the order. There were various lovely flowers in the vase, but there were about 5 un-bloomed lilies that looked like tampons on a branch. It was not attractive at all. There could have been a substitute flower that would have made it more attractive, and I would have liked it more. It was very awkward looking. I did not find the price to be outlandish, but since the flowers were not what I expected I wish I could have paid less.
Website makes it difficult to adjust order without the need to re enter all shipping & billing info. It was frustrating to have to start over each time. I saw the product picture from the recipient. The fruit basket was just ok. She was thrilled with it, but I was disappointed for the price I paid. I paid a little extra for next day delivery during business hours, and it was delivered shortly after 5pm. Delivery fee was nearly 1/3 of the basket price. Next time I'll just make a fruit basket and deliver myself, if a local recipient.
This was a holiday present to my mom but she said the pears were so hard she can't hardly eat them. Very disappointed.

I ordered a summer plant arrangement to be delivered to my daughter and her family in California. They were delighted with it. The basket the plants were delivered in was not the one I had expected, but was still very nice. I would be pleased to order through fromyouflowers.com in the future.
I don't whose fault it is but I ordered flowers for my gf and was assured they would be delivered right before Christmas and then was told they would be delivered in the 26, 27, 28 but nope it wasn't until the 29th. An apology and an upgrade and 20% back is okay but these flowers needed to be there when I needed them to be. I think next time just state may be able to deliver the flowers when ordered. I even paid for extra shipping.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
