I was disappointed that I couldn't add some chocolates or an extra without another $14.99 handling fee. It's a little excessive to be charged double handling for an item going to the same recipient. Lame.

The delivery company left them outside and didn't let us know that they were there and the flowers froze so they are no good the calla lillies are now all brown on the top and now I have to order new flowers for my wifes birthday..

Well, the arrangement did not look like the picture. The flowers looked fresh, and I did order the deluxe, but it was not rounded like the photo - the tall flowers were spiked. My daughter said she enjoyed them, however. I would like to send a photo of what was delivered to see if this was correct. Thanks again.

Ordering on the website, inserting the address to deliver to was hard due to limited character allowance, but otherwise it was fine. The delivery was delayed by 2 days due to the destination's restrictions-it would have been nice to have gotten an email that the flowers were undeliverable and why. I had to spoil a surprise by asking if the flowers had arrived (2 days in a row), and then had to call fromyouflowers to find out why the flowers weren't delivered. The representative was helpful and courteous.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
