Quick and easy!
I was purchasing a teddy bear for my girlfriend and it is just very over priced(over $50). Also, the $15 service fee is only shown at the very end.

User friendly website. Delivery was prompt. The recioient was not me, but the recipient confirmed dekivery with me. Questionnaire on satisfaction with product makes no sense because I sent the plant as a gift, therefore I do not know how it looks or if it was exactly what I ordered or not.

The bouquet was much smaller than I expected since I got the deluxe version. It looked kind of small, period. Maybe 6 roses and 3 lillie's for $69. That was with a $12 discount. Pretty disappointed.
Also, the florist called the recipient to confirm an address, that I got from Google. Just shows they didn't even put the address into Google before they ruined my surprise. She even told my wife the flowers were from "your loving husband", which was the signature from the "card", which turned out to be just a piece of thick paper and a computer print out...
My wife was flabbergasted at the ignorance of the florist while listening to her read the card to her over the phone... I mean seriously.
The product received was different than what was shown in the picture. It was very pretty, but small for what I paid.
Outstanding service! The flowers are HUGE and gorgeous! The florist also included a New Year balloon at no charge. My mother was thrilled with the flowers and I am pleased beyond words. I will definitely order from them again!

My delivery was incomplete and a day late. Had to follow up for completion. Did not intend for the delivery to be from a shop 45 miles from the address, but I didn't pay close attention. Next time I will not use a 3rd party but rather will order direct.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
