Well the experience is good and I am happy with the flowers - but I felt it was unfair to wait until the order was almost complete to add on the shipping and handling fee. That should have been added up front so I'd know. I can understand having a shipping and handling fee but would have liked to know that at the start. Also I wasn't sure about delivery times so added the extra money for same day delivery because the funeral was early in the morning and wanted to make sure the flowers would be there. It would be nice to have like a slot for a person to say when the flowers need to be there.
Shopping online experience was perfectly fine. I am sure while placing the order I included the apartment number on a separate line. When the confirmation page showed up I did not notice the omitted apartment number. The recipient recovering from leg surgery was unable to retrieve the delivery from the office ruining and delaying the surprise.
All went well. The delivery was timely and unimpaired.

Easy to purchase and a very nice selection of flowers. The flowers were delivered on time but the arrangement was drooping and very few flowers were in the arrangement and I purchased the 2 option with more flowers. However, I made a typo on the card and they easily changed it for me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
