Website was user friendly and prices are very reasonable. However, the arrangement had much less flowers than what was shown on the website. I ordered the exact size that was on the website, so that I could know what to expect. Also, the flowers were not very fresh. Some were drooping. I was disappointed, since this has not been my previous experience.

The flowers were perfect. My girl was extremely satisfied!
The flowers themselves looked great and the recipient loved them however I was quite disappointed that the correct vase was not used as pictured on the site. The reason I selected that arrangement was because it included a very nice colored vase that matched the orange roses. Instead they delivered a different vase that was green with a pink bow around it.

The foliage did not look like the picture on your website. And the size that I ordered, in my opinion, was not a good value for the price.
Order was placed 12/23 at 12:59 for same day delivery. I paid extra for same day delivery and the order was delivered 12/24 mid afternoon. I was extremely embarrassed when I called the recipient and was advised she hadn't received the flowers. When I checked the delivery status it stopped before the delivery date. As I was looking up who to call about the status the recipient called me to advise the order arrived.
I was overcharged, embarrassed and wasted my time for what should have been a convenient and quick transaction.
I am extremely disappointed with this transaction and will use a more reliable service in the future.

I don't like being baited and switched. If you advertise a price, that's the price that should be reflected on checkout.
My experience was a bit mixed. I'll start with the good first. My order was delivered well within the time frame I needed it to be. I do wish the message I wanted delivered was written a bit more legible. I also feel the price I payed was pretty high for the bouquet we received.
