Delivered as requested, no issues with order. Price was great. Only negative was the 12.99 fee that was added while purchasing on top of a 2.99 fee. Didn't realize that there were two delivery fees.

The flowers had not yet bloomed so the bouquet didn't look as full and beautiful as it did in the photo. Hopefully once hey bloom it will be much nicer.

So far so good, remains to see if flowers are fresh,abundant as described in the picture, and delivered on time for me to continue to be a customer.

Won't be a customer again; I received a picture of the flowers I ordered, and they look nothing like the picture on the website; the arrangement is sparse, NOT FULL ( for premium) and the roses were already wide open, creating the feeling for the ill person that the bouquet was old; the price, which seemed reasonable at the time, no longer was. Sad, but true. Will try one of the many other sites besides 1-800 flowers, Teleflora, etc...

I had a delivery scheduled to go to a local hospital. From youflowers called me to tell me that the hospital could not find the patient. They were then able to make the delivery to the home address on the same day without me incurring extra charges. Thank you very much!

When I placed my order online, I was told that my order would arrive at it's proper location on a certain date, but then I received an e-mail telling me that my order could not be delivered on it's scheduled date. This created a problem for me.
