Super easy to place my order!

Shopping is pretty easy. But,I would like a better description of the items in the basket.i.e. Sausage,oranges,etc. I was not happy that my same day delivery was not honored and that my gift was left outside in the rain.

I love ya all. I live in tn and this is so convenient. This is my second time using y'all.

Basket was to be delivered on 1/9 but unable to fulfill was contacted and a refund for same day cost was given
Person left the hospital and I contacted u with home address basket was delivered to second site

I ordered online and was very satisfied with the ease of ordering. Delivery was on time and as expected. I know you make substitutions, but the flowers that were delivered were nothing like I ordered. However, my friend send me a picture of the arrangement that was delivered and thank goodness it was nice. Not being at the funeral it is hard to see if it was large and worth the near $60 I paid.

I wanted the smaller plant and instead FYF put the larger one in it's place. Kind of sneaky.

I wish I didn't have to spend a minimum amount in order to use my free shipping for a year benefit.

These wire services are a joke. If pay $60 for a arrangement the Florist who is make that arrangement gets $30. This not fair to the florist, the sender or the recipient. If want to send Flowers to another State just call a local Florist to get the value you deserve. Say away from Ava's Flowers, From You Flowers, FTD, Teleflora, etc. Watch they like to trick into thinking your talking to a local florist.

So disappointed in delivery fee of $15 for such a close delivery and did not find out until the very end

The online service is fine. There is plenty to choose from. My family is always thrilled with the arrangements, etc. My only complaint is the delivery charge, but it is the same with everyone, it seems, who offer this service. Overall, I have been very satisfied with your products and service.

The flowers were sent as a birthday gift. They were well received. Always great service and beautiful flowers.

Very easy ordering process. Selection was great with the ability to upgrade if you choose. Loved the discount applied at check out with out wasting my time searching the web for code to save a few dollars. I ordered late in the day after 6pm (Monday) for Wed 10 am delivery. Much to my surprise the beautiful arrangement was delivered early on Tuesday. Will definitely use fromyouflowers.com again and highly recommend them.
