Service was great. I paid for same day delivery, and it turned out it did not get delivered on the same day due to apparent computer issues. They discounted my order and delivered it ASAP the next day. Would 100% recommend.

I did not like that I was given the amount for delivery after I put in all my information and put my greeting in. Since there was a $2.99 charge for next day service it gave me the impression that the delivery was included in the price. It didn't seem right that I found out the delivery fee when I checked out.
I would like to add that the flower delivery man Drake was AMAZING! No one was home to receive the flowers so he called and was so nice and accommodating and went back to drop off so the flowers didn't get ruined in the rain! Thank you Drake
The website was easy to navigate and delivery was on time. My only issue was I specifically searched and picked sunflowers, but the bouquet didn't have them. If they weren't available, then they shouldn't have been listed as an option.

The previous comments were in response to an initial query about the website experience. However, the delivered product was a disappointment. The arrangement of cut flowers in a vase that I received is, in my opinion, amateurish and quite ordinary. More importantly, several of the stems are drooping, some blossoms are broken off their stems or just barely hanging on, and the color arrangement is a hodgepodge. The flowers look like the provider took a bunch of old, tired flowers that would soon have to be thrown away and put them together. I could do better by buying a bunch of flowers at the grocery store and arranging them myself. This was to have been a treat for myself, and I am very glad I did not send these to anyone else because I would have been embarrassed to give these as a gift. I immediately called the florist, who has agreed to replace.
It was quite easy navigating the site and the services offered are exactly what you get. I will definitely be back for more.

EASY TO USE, ONCE MY WIFE GOT THE FLOWERS AND SENT ME A PIC I NOTICED THEY WERE CONSIDERABLY SMALLER THAN THE PICTURE SHOWN WITH MORE FILLER LEAVES THAN FLOWERS ALSO THE ROSES WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ORANGE AND ARRIVED PURPLE
