The family of the person we sent flowers to, said that they were beautiful and were delivered on the day they were supposed to be. The only problem I had with the online order is that I at first had chosen an arrangement that was less than $30.00 and couldn't figure out for a while why it wasn't accepting my order.
The flowers were ordered for a friend. She was very pleased and sent me a picture of the stunning arrangement.
I ordered specific flowers for the colors. I even called and made changes so that the flowers would reflect her colors. Aqua, white and yellow. They were nothing like what I ordered. They were beautiful flowers but I was very dissapointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
