I am customer, ordering flowers to a friend in LA, personally i live out side of the USA, and you didn't had any option for Billing address out side of the USA (or even via email)- I had to enter my friends address for the billing which is not right as they are receiving the flowers as a gift.

The only issue was the overall time of delivery, it is too broad from 8am to 6pm. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
