I liked the website and flower selection, I however did not give the 5 stars because I was slightly irritated that I had to meet a $40 minimum for it to be delivered.I had a different selection picked out that I liked better, but it didn't meet the required price by a couple dollars and I didn't want to pay an extra 10 to make it a deluxe order. I also had a $10 off coupon but couldn't change the 20% off already put in the promo area. The flowers weren't what I excepted, the arrangement wasn't as pretty as the online picture and there were none of the blue flowers and these weird fillers that looked like a witches fingers. It was mostly fillers/greens whereas the picture was mostly flowers with little leafy fillers. Overall the flowers looked days old and very bleh. I feel like I could have gone to Hyvee or Walmart, paid half the price and made a prettier arrangement. I'm not one to normally post negative reviews but o was just disappointed for how much money I spent. Buyers remorse 100%

Most of the flowers were not even bloomed yet therefore they look nothinhg like the picture online

Not happy about the surprise 14.99 charge that was not explained until final checkout.
Mom was very happy that the gentleman that delivered the flowers brought them in for her and set them on the hearth - that was a nice extra step, which although small for him was great for her. Thanks to him!

I would indicate the delivery charge before you input the credit card. I understand why you do it. But this is not the right approach.
I have not had a chance to inspect the flowers but my wife loved them.
Issues with prices, but customer service supervisor was very helpful.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
