I had a positive experience, with the exception being the delivery was a day late.
Easy except for pic upload had to redo each time.
Also today just received the order the recipient did and the order was wrong with no customize base and only a card attached and I don't even think the card had the picture on it that we selected for the vase to be customized with it was very disappointing to say the least

Handling charges are pretty steep. I dot expect the handling charges to double the price of the order. I chose your site because I thought I was getting a deal but in reality it cost about the same as any other site.

The flowers were beautiful, but little shocked at the double service fees of 18.00 which should have been transparent at the beginning of the ordering process.
The overall shopping experience was smooth and easy. The flower arrangement prices are appropriate and affordable. However, the handling and processing fee is quite pricey at about half of what the actual flowers cost, making this ordering option more expensive than expected. Lastly, I chose the florist designed bouquet and it ended up being mostly white flowers. It would've been nice to have a more colorful arrangement instead of plain white. Overall, if you're in a pinch, this is a decent option but a little more expensive than it should be.

It was as advertised and timely.
I had a difficult time accessing both the 20% discount and the free delivery options that were offered to me. I could only take advantage of one offer, and after spending so much time trying to figure out how to remedy this issue, I just decided to go ahead and place my order using just the free delivery offer. Frustrated. Also, I ordered the deluxe bouquet and it WAS NOT nearly as full as pictured on the website. NONE of the lilies were open, whereas most of the roses were fully open, which would indicate that the bouquet will never look it's best. The supplemental flowers DID NOT fill in the gaps The pink ribbon was not a deep color, nor was it wide as pictured, but, rather a pale pink, thin ribbon...which did not help to brighten up a very lacklustre bouquet. It certainly did not look like the cheerful, colorful $50 bouquet that was chosen from the website and purchased to celebrate a 70th birthday.
