Told me they were delivered at 4:45 and they weren't and then 45 minutes later show up. Too much drama to deal with you again. I don't like to be lied to! Nick in customer service was very nice and helpful and the only decent thing to come out of this transaction!
To expensive for what you get
I put in an order to receive same day shipping for my wife for our anniversary flowers did not arrive till the next day I did receive a text saying you were unable to deliver and you took the extra money off for the cost of same-day delivery... This is disappointing but hope to surprise my wife when we came home from our trip for our 32nd wedding anniversary...

Ordering was easy. However, the flowers were not nearly as pretty as I'd hoped. I ordered a premium level, artist-arranged bouquet. I was disappointed to see that the arrangement consisted primarily of lower-level flowers, and the arrangement was not much bigger than the small-sized stuffed bear I also ordered. I usually have good luck with this service and with the artise-arranged option, but I won't do that again after this disappointing experience.

A fast and easy experience but didn't see anything before FINAL checkout regarding the service/handling charge. Is this the same as a delivery charge? Should be shown earlier.
I didn't receive anything because I SENT a floral plant as a gift. I did, however, receive a phone call saying that the plant was delivered and how thoughtful. I did not personally see what was sent.

It was an out of state order and the family was pleased with the order.
I didn't expect to buy a dozen roses, delivered same day for $20, but I didn't expect to pay $40 for two roses and two tulips either. I had no idea that there was an additional $15 service charge until after I finished paying. That was very deceitful as I was only told about the additional $3 for same day/weekend delivery fee. I will not use this service again.

Received the package and paid an extra $20 for the premium package thinking it would be more candy and there was less in the basket then even showed in the pic for the regular but was delivered in great time.
I ordered the How Sweet It Is bouquet for my mom for her birthday, while she absolutely loved the flowers, I wasn't happy. It looked nothing like the bouquet that I selected. There was more filler greenery than flowers. I specifically picked that one because it was only flowers and it looked like a nice mix of roses and other various flowers in pinks, reds, oranges and purples. Colors that my mom loves. She received gerber daisies and one rose that were all pink. Not very happy with the florist.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
