The picture showed a vase full of sunflowers. The piture I saw of the delivered flowers looks like a vase full of greenery and a few flowers. A little bit of false advertismentioned as far as I'm concerned.

Fromyouflowers had the best prices and a great selection and believe me I shopped around. I made two purchases from them within two days and the flowers I ordered were delivered on time. Due to my first purchase they gave me an additional discount on my second purchase. I initially provided a poor rating due to the service/handling fee but fromyouflowers contacted me quickly and provided a detailed explanation of the fee that increased my understanding of the flower delivery industry standard use of these type fees to cover delivery and florist search costs. I will definitely use fromyouflowers for my future flower purchases.

Was not as ordered Was asked to agree to cut flowers from plant ordered I agreed but upon seeing the flower arrangement was very disappointing to pay what I did for 9 cut flowers feel like I was over charged and not good quality flowers some already when delivered had brown on the edges

I did not personally see the flowers, but the recipient said they were beautiful. The arrived within a few hours of placing my order, same day.
The only thing I would request is putting the size of the bears in the description. I spent 25.00 on the upgrade of a bear which is the top I believe but had no idea how big it would be. Otherwise everything else looked great!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
