It wasn't mentioned anywhere that the flowers would be in a box. The whole point of sending this gift is presentation. I'd rather pay more for them to arrive in a vase. I was very disappointed.

I was suprised by the lack of fire and ice roses, or other popular colors. All arrangements seemed to be the same as the next, with subtle changes. Maybe there should be a build your own tab.
After receiving a call from the website, the flowers I picked are not available from the florist they forward thier service too. So I picked another set of flowers. Then was talked out of those flowers because they ship to me, then I have to assemble the arrangement. Finally on third attempt, they said yes to the flowers I picked, only one problem, the substitution flowers are no where near what I selected. The first order was bicolor roses, second order was mixed color, and third was white roses with red rims. I recieved pink roses! Then my credit card was charged 3 times and refunded three times, before I had to chose another credit card. 700.00 worth of pending transactions for flowers. Finally I paid 110.00 for a flower arrangement not even close to the picture, with a vase I did not pick. It was supposed to be a Lennox crystal vase with substituted flowers of my choosing. I will go through the other flower site that never let me down. Try 1 800 flowers if you want correct order!

I would not hesitate to order again from 'fromyouflowers.com.' The florist did not have the exact arrangement I ordered but replaced it with one that was even prettier and was delivered as promised.

At first I wasn't going to complete my order because the shipping & handling was almost as much as the flowers. Then they waived the fee. I was impressed by their follow up when the address wasn't clear enough. My mom said the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!
