I ordered a peace Lily for a funeral and when I saw the size of it I was really embarrassed. I ordered the premium which was supposed to be a bigger plant this plant was no bigger than A foot and a half tall and that's with the basket it came in you claim to have discounts but your discounts obviously are the same as I could get anywhere else for that price I was expecting a much larger plant. If that was the premium I would really hate to see with the basic is.

I ordered purple rose mix and got pink the other flowers were suposed to be dark purple and white and they were very light lavender and white.The flowers were pretty but the whole point was the purple for me so pretty but not the picture.
It would be great to see the final price with delivery fee before entering credit card information.
Also, I ordered deluxe version of flower cake which suppose to look like on the picture, but it seems like it was smaller, like a regular one. But anyway, the receiver (my friend) was very surprised and first thought it was real cake with the real flowers :)

I did not receive what I ordered. I received an email that showed up about the time it was delivered. A call from your team would have been a better response for me. I tried to call customer service three times and could not get through. These were a gift, and the recipient liked them-- thankfully. I was disappointed that the item I actually ordered was not what she received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
