I paid extra to have them delivered before noon. At 12:30 I called the company and they placed me on hold to contact the florist. She then told me the florist would have them delivered within the hour. 2 hours later I call this company back and they place me on another hold and say they are contacting the florist. She then precedes to tell me it will be another hours or so until they are delivered. This was for my daughter's 16th birthday and she was already gone to hang out with her friends. I wished I would have seen the reviews. They are crooks and I will be contacting the BBB!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
