The site was very easy to navigate and ordering was simple with the flowers arriving on time. I was disappointed that there were only 5 roses in the arrangement when the photograph clearly shows 8 with the back of the arrangement hidden. I had expected at least 9 roses and as the recipient loves yellow roses that was why I made that particular choice. The flowers that are in the arrangement are beautiful.
This was a gift plant sent to our sister in law and she said it was a very lovely plant arrangement and arrived early in the day. Thank you so very much.

Beautiful flowers. A little over priced and delivered at 3:30 pm on Saturday. For the extra $15 for weekend delivery...they should have been *******@10am. I am overall very pleased with the arrangement and she loved them.

The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner. But the recipient sent me a picture and it looked completely different than the one I chose online. I ordered the deluxe Mason Jar arrangement which showed sunflowers and mini green mums. The arrangement you delivered had neither. I do understand that sunflowers are a seasonal flower, but maybe I should have been told and asked if I wanted something different
I ordered the same basket for a friend in Lady Lake, FL that turned out beautiful. The basket was full and very nice. The one my friend received yesterday was not the quality of the last one I ordered. I'm not very happy. I had her send me a picture when she received it and it wasn't full like the last order and the plants weren't as nice.
Very Good overall experience but hard for me to gauge product because I live out of state and won't be able to see it in real life. But the recipient texted me a photo which looked very good, so I recommend this florist.

Loved the pic of the flowers online, however, the flowers that were delivered are totally different.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
