This flower purchase was a last min thought on my part. I made my order online and realized after I sent the order in, that I had forgot to put my girlfriends name on the order for delivery!
I half way panicked and called Fromyouflowers.com and spoke to a very very nice young lady and explained what I had done.
She was able to locate my order and make corrections very quickly! I forget her name but she was extremely pleasant and efficient!
Which seems to be a rarity these days.
I was also extremely impressed with the lightning speed that the flowers seemed to be delivered which I was also very impressed with! The flower vase I purchased to be delivered to my girlfriend at her work, due to her having a couple of really bad days, I figured would cheer her up. And they did! They got there GAST! They looked just like the photo I looked at online and got there very FAST in my opinion.! And my girl LOVED them very much!
What more can anyone ask for especially in today's fast paced lack of detail world.

How in the hell does it cost $15 for handling? I can buy stufff from china and have it shipped same day for $7 and it crosses an ocean. My complaint is on the home screen it said $27 for flowers which is sorta reasonable. Then checkout comes around and it's $42? That adds for a bad experience for me and for that reason I'm not coming back
When the advertising says $19.99 to $23.99 and it ends up $40+ or more (without adding any additional items). You think you're getting a really good deal until that big handling fee hits you. That makes you think twice before actually placing the order.
Baloons were delivered according to times advertised. According to family they were very nice and so much prettier than other web sites we have tried in the past. Thank you for your services.

Oh boy, where do I start, first you get to check out and then you're hit with a $15 charge that should be disclosed up front, then you have a same day fee which is fine but with the possibility of your delivery not getting there until 5pm...just think logically would you want to receive flowers on your way out of the door from work that doesn't make any sense. Oh so then there's another up charge to guarantee a decent delivery, which charge me for same day and then come back and charge me again for a decent time that day it should just be one just. A bit of advice, stop trying to nickel and dime your customers with upcharges and just do good business, that's how you get people to refer you. Lastly you say the flowers are guaranteed fresh for 7 days I believe, they weren't even fresh when she received them and when she brought them home they look like they were about to die already, it hadn't even been 24 hours.

My order was no delivered the same day even tough I paid to have it be, after calling twice about the flowers I was told by customer service that they would get ahold of the delivery people. The flowers showed up the next morning with no apologize from the drive just an excuse as to why they weren't delivered. I have ordered from flowersfromyou.com before and never had any issues so hopefully there will not be any in the future if I decide to order from them again. To end this on a positive note customer service did attempt to make everything right.
Shipping costs too much
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
