I have ordered several funeral arrangements before and was very satisfied. Not this one.
For the deluxe version I expected it to be larger. The flowers were crushed as well as the banner which was gold letters on a white ribbon and could not be read. I was very unhappy with this piece which was for an immediate family member.
It was quick and easy, with a very nice selection to choose from, reasonably priced.
I've ordered flowers prior to this order and everything was great so I chose this company to order flowers again. I needed flowers to be sent to my best friends mom's funeral. My whole immediate family counted on me to order appropriate flowers since we were dealing with several family crisis' at one time. I specifically called fromyouflowers to make sure I was getting what I paid for. The picture on the website was beautiful but wanted to make sure the florist made it the same. Long story short after 3 phone calls back and forth we found out the florist chosen could not accommodate the exact arrangement on website. I thought of cancelling the order and getting my own but fromyouflowers offered to make it right and offered a discount for my inconvenience. They were very nice and concerned about my order.
The flowers were delivered to funeral home and looked beautiful. The vase was not what was pictured in website but at this point it's irrelevant. Thank you fromyouflowers for trying your best to make it right.
I would use them again but know the florist they choose may not be able to make the exact arrangement pictured on website.

I placed an order for Same Day Delivery and paid extra for it. I was happy that, even though I couldn't be at the hospital yesterday, that at least my sister-in-law would know that I was thinking of her. Unfortunately, she doesn't know that, because the flowers were never delivered! I even gave them the chance to deliver them this morning before she was discharged, BUT NO!
I called them this morning to cancel the order, and was going to be nice. The customer service representative placed me on hold for OVER 7 MINUTES. When she came back, she offered to deliver them to another address. I told her no because that isn't the point. She placed me BACK on hold, this time for a little more than 3 minutes, and when she came back, she offered me 15% off to keep the order and have them deliver it.
I don't know why she kept placing me on hold, unless it was to get approval to offer me deals, because when I said, "No. You've placed me on hold twice now to cancel my order, and that is what I would like you to do," she immediately canceled it, WITH ME ON THE LINE, and said my refund should be in my account within 1-3 days. Then she hung up on me.
So upsetting.
The recipient of the flowers said they arrived early! Thank you! Good prices. A lot cheaper than FTD.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
