I actually had a small issue where my order had been updated as delivered. It was not. I called customer service and the woman was great. She called te florist for me and had it all solved. Great customer service and the flowers are wonderful
The only thing I warn is my bouquet did not look like what I had ordered. It was very close and still beautiful, but it seems each shop works with different flowers.

I did not get to see the finished product, as they were sent to a family several states away who had just lost a loved one. The "mama" of the house says she loved them. I gave my husband's cell# as the contact # and he had received a voicemail saying the recipients weren't home and they were left by the side door. Apparently they made it there ok, so I'm pretty happy about that. :)
So far so good! Hope the quality of product stands up to ease of ordering. If so, I will shop with you again! Delivery was nice and my parents were happy...only slight hiccup was that the plant arrived and then the balloons arrived a few hours later rather than all together...maybe I misunderstood when I ordered, but I was under the impression they were to arrive and be a gift "in a complete package". That said, the basket, plants, and six of arrangement is lovely!

It was really easy to order, and make my selection. I wanted same day delivery which I got. The person receiving the flowers and balloon was absolutely thrilled. She sent me a picture and it looked just exactly like what I ordered. I had looked at other flower websites, but this was the one I chose because of selection and price.

I ordered Winter Tulip and Iris bouquet with a personalized picture on the vase...
I have pictures of how the bouquet arrived (unfortunately I cannot post them)...not at all like in the description/picture from the website.
Flowers were not bloomed and the bouquet looked empty. The vase was a regular one with a plastic print on it...definitely not worth 70$! And that was discounted! I will not shop here again!
