What was delivered was a cheap replica of what should have been delivered. Spent way too much money for this.
Order was delayed a day was supposed to be surprise and because of the delay she was not home and they had to have them delivered to her work.
Placing order took longer this time,had to reenter info several times before it took. However, the delivery time was amazing and the arrangement was perfect.

The flowers were beautiful! I did request same day delivery and they got the flowers within 5 hours of my order, very nice.
Flowers we're beautiful, delivery time great. I did pay $5 for a birthday balloon that was not delivered. My mom loved it and when she answered the door her little dog got out and the young man that brought the flowers chased her down and brought her back. I would buy again, just a little disappointed with no balloon.
