The first order I placed with your site was very disappointing. Subsequent orders have been satisfactory. The recipient of this latest order was extremely happy. I feel the prices are slightly high for the value of the product, but I'm happy that the quality was satisfactory.
A little disappointed with the "florist arranged" best value arrangement that I ordered. The picture on the website was a very pretty colorful flower mixture and my arrangement was very plain and looked as if my child had arranged the flowers. May try ordering again and choose my own specific flower design instead of the "florist arranged" choice. I can send pictures if needed.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day. They never came. The company guaranteed they would arrive, and they didn't. When he called to figure out what happened, he was put on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally he was able to reach them through email and they apologized and scheduled a re-delivery ONE WEEK after Valentine's Day. The day came, and went, still no delivery. Called them again and scheduled delivery the next day before 5pm. Still nothing. Looks like we were charged for something that's never going to come. My husband's surprise for me was ruined. We're going to think twice before ordering from this company again.

The flowers were delivered beautifully fresh and on-time! Unfortunately, they were neither the flowers or the vase that I ordered online. The card that accompanied the flowers was misspelled as well. :( They were a nice gift for my friend but I wish I would have received what I ordered.

Sneaking in a 15$ service fee is not cool. Just include that in the price so we know what we are getting into before we are paying for it. 15 is quite high for a service fee.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
