II ordered two arrangements--one for myself and one for an organization. I was embarrassed and disappointed in them as I ordered upgrades from the standards--one a deluxe and both arrangements were small and did not look like the online examples. They both looked like standards and that is not what I ordered or paid for.

Delivery was from Abersold's Florist. I have used them before. They are a good Florist. However it I had wanted to use them I would have called them direct, no middle man needed.
Service charges were a little high.
The delivery guy did call my daughter to let her know he had a pkg for her (no one was home) & was able to tuck them out of sight at her request so that allayed my worries that someone else might be enjoying them so thank you for the extra attention to that!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
