The order that was sent to North Carolina was left outside in a box without water on a very cold day. If I didn't call and tell the person who the flowers were for to look for them, they would have been still sitting there. No phone call to let the person aware that tha flowers were being delivered. The order to SC was done much better, a phone call came prior to delivery to make sure someone was going to be there to receive the flowers. It wasn't your fault, it was the fault of the florist you used for delivery. Bouquets were ok. Thank you!

I would like to have known how much shipping was ahead of time. In addition, I ordered a plant for a funeral, and paid the extra for it to be upgraded to "deluxe"...and it was a great disappointment. The basket that arrived looked nothing like the picture. The basket itself was the same, but the contents were sparse and looked wilted. It was an embarrassment to have my name attached to the card on this plant. However, I also order ordered a flower arrangement for a different occasion at the same time I ordered the plant and I'm very pleased with the flowers. My only complaint with both orders is shipping is crazy, and I wish the amount for shipping would have been disclosed before checkout.

FOLLOW UP AFTER SEEING ARRANGEMENT...We ordered a mylar and 2 latex balloons to be added to the flower arrangement and received all 3 of the same mylar balloon. Not a big deal, they didn't charge me the extra price for all mylar, but it did look a little strange to have three "It's a Girl" balloons floating up...The flowers were beautiful and had several lilies that will open over the next week, making the flowers look great for a long time. They smelled amazing and were arranged beautifully. Would definitely recommend this service.
