From You flowers never lets me down. Lovely flowers delivered on time, just like the picture on the website. Turns out balloons cost a bit more than flowers - but they made my wife smile on her birthday, so they were worth every cent. Because I live in Australia and she is in Philadelphia, From You Flowers is one of the most important parts of our life.
Shipping fee is way too expensive! The shipping price was never shown til check out. Customers should know in advance about how much they will be paying for shipping.

Found this florist on line and was very pleased with their website and their prices. Ordered an arrangement on line and the delivery service was even faster than I thought it would be. Didn't get to see it myself but the person I sent it to said it was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely use them again. They also emailed me right away to tell me it had been delivered. Great customer service! Like that!

Even though I had a promotional credit of $12+ - with the handling fee I really did not save anything and it arrived the day after it was supposed to and the vase is entirely too small for the flower arrsngement. It is top heavy & has fallen over twice & has mashed all the front flowers

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
