I paid extra for the most premium arrangement and what was delivered was definitely NOT a premium price arrangement.
A bit pricey for what it was. $20 for a large bear that wasn't very large.
Delivery time was great though.

I am very pleased with this service

I am very pleased with this service. The website is super easy to use and to view the products. The price is alot lower than other flower sites I compared. The final product was just as described had different colored flowers than the picture on the website, but I wasn't picky as to the specific colors. It was super beautiful and the card was hand written, what an awesome personal touch.

Ordered flowers and paid extra to have delivered same day. Received a confirmation email that they were delivered. Then an hour later received a email that they would not be delivered until next day. When I received a picture of the bouquet it looked nothing like the one I ordered. The one I picked out had little to no greenery and the one that was received was all greens and had 10 flowers in it. Very disappointed.

Talked with my mother who received the flowers and she described the bouquet differently than what was ordered. It showed mostly yellow daisies, there were only 4 daisies in her arrangement. Was to have small green button flowers, there were only 2. Didn't have any blue flowers at all, but did have 7 red carnations. I understand substitutions, but it sounds like it wasn't very close to the original arrangement.

Please make sure I received the Tuxedo bear!
My bear was Not the Bear Shown. This bear was special because I bought this bear in honored of my father who passed away Sunday, Feb 19th. And was buried in his tux. I fell in love with the Tuxedo Bear. I did get the tux on my bear but not the little black feet, which makes the bear. I feel the bear u sent me falls short. This bear will remind me of DAd for years and I wanted it perfect

Beautiful site and so easy. The delivery was at a reasonable time and my 93 year old Mother absolutely loves the flowers and how they were arranged! Totally thrilled and have been using your shop for over 20 years!

I will wait to see the pictures to decide about how it really went, this is a bit premature dont you think?
I was surprise how few flowers were included. The title did not really apply or get conveyed.
It feels like I got nickel & dimed., 15.00 worth of, I am not sure what, charges.
The price doubles and that feels icky.
I am glad I tried it, But next time I will just have a pizza or something else delivered.

I ORDERED BIRTHDAY BALLOONS AND A GIFT BASKET. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 6PM TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE ORDER AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER MISSED THE DELIVERY TRUCK! AT THAT POINT IT WAS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING
THE NEVER APOLOGIZED OR TRIED TO MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER. THEY STINK! USE 1-800-FLOWERS
