The flowers that you delivered were not at all what I ordered for my sick friend on her Birthday. The white flowers were almost dead on arrival and the big foppy pink bow was awful--too big and not at all what I ordered from the picture on the website. I am not at all happy with the arrangement which was supposed to be the upgrade from the standard one. I will not use you again.
Some of the flowers looked a little wilted to me, but my wife was happy with the overall bouquet.
The bouquet was much smaller than in the photo, there were only 4 roses and then instead of the white flowers there was a mixture - not like the photo at all - I don't know that I would use this site again - I feel I paid a lot for a different product, I had chosen pink and white for a reason.

It was quick and easy to register and complete my order. I ordered just a single African Violet plant, and a better item was delivered in its place including a beautiful dark purple African Violet and a two tone pink Cyclamen in a woven basket with moss filler, a ribbon and a sentiment saying on a stick inserted into the plant. It was much more beautiful than I could ever imagine.
My friend loved her flowers! She just had a major surgery and it made her so happy
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
