My friend took a picture of the flowers I had sent her for her birthday and honestly I was not pleased. They looked like someone had went outside and picked a few wild flowers off the street. They were in a very tall vase but the very few flowers simply lay at the top of the glass they were so short. I was so disappointed, even embarrassed. But the service was very good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
