I really like the variety of flowers & also gift baskets. The prices are the best I've found. The option of next day delivery on most items is also a big selling point for me.
Need more kid friendy choices for kids who have restricted diets. Maybe coloring/activity books instead of candy or cookies

Am told that the flowers were pretty
It took me several time to get the default zip code search to back out of the order and let me enter the proper zip code. I did the original search trying to find same day delivery within my zip versus the delivery zip. Third try was able to correct the issue and get my order placed. It was probably operator error.
Easy to use website, and prompt response when I had to make correction to my order ( my fault).
I paid premium price for more than a dozen roses. They delivered only 11! I paid expedite service (until 12pm), but they delivered early night! Not a honest company and nobody cares to answer my email complain about the service.
The arrangement had more orchids than expected, just a little shorter in size than the actual picture but overall the arrangement was beautiful and looked completely different than the others that were there which was nice. The colors were beautiful.

This was my first time ordering from this company, they made it easy to order. I had to call about delivery at the end of the day (5:00) and the girl I spoke with was very nice and got right on it to find out where the flowers where. I would order again from this company.
Needed something special for my daughter, for she was going thru a tough time. Looked online, found this site. Same day delivery & alot to choose from. It put a smile on my daughters face, mission accomplished. Thanks.
The item price was reasonable but the handling amount was ridiculous, it was half the price of the item. Also, stating there is no delivery fee and then having that ridiculous handling fee just show up at checkout is misleading/deceptive. Because of the ridiculous handling fee, I will probably not use this service again
The sunflowers I ordered weren't open and didn't look as full as the photo online even though I paid the $8 extra for the premium bouquet. I'm hoping maybe once the sun and water gets to them they will open up more. But the face was pretty with my photo I added.
I enjoyed the selection most of all. It was a pleasure and I plan to shop more regular.
